Once a student account is deactivated, new images are no longer collected, and previously stored data is automatically deleted. WHY AND HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND SHARE LOCATION DATA

We collect location data as the college portal works around student activity within the campus area. A user’s details are verified based on their presence in the designated location, and the institution uses this information for two purposes: first, to check whether the user is following the required rules (Compliance / Non-Compliance), and second, to calculate travel-related records such as distance travelled (kms) wherever applicable.
